At MyMiniature, our products (3D Printed Miniatures, Custom Lamps, etc.) are personalized and created specifically for you.
Once a custom order is printed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because it cannot be resold to anyone else.
To claim any damage or missing item, a 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.
We only provide Replacements (not refunds) in the following cases:
If the damage is verified through the unboxing video, we will ship a new replacement at no extra cost to you.
In rare cases where a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
