Return & Refund Policy - MyMiniature

Important Note for Custom Products

At MyMiniature, our products (3D Printed Miniatures, Custom Lamps, etc.) are personalized and created specifically for you.

Once a custom order is printed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because it cannot be resold to anyone else.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim any damage or missing item, a 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must show the package seal being broken for the first time.
Videos showing the package already opened will not be accepted.
Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Replacement Policy

We only provide Replacements (not refunds) in the following cases:

The product arrived broken or damaged during transit.
A completely wrong product or size was delivered.

If the damage is verified through the unboxing video, we will ship a new replacement at no extra cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
Once the 3D printing process or design work has started, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Processing (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
