1. Introduction

Welcome to MyMiniature. By accessing this website and purchasing our custom 3D printed products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Custom Orders & Quality

Since most of our products are custom-made (3D printed Miniatures, Lamps, etc.):

• The final product might have slight variations in texture or color due to the nature of 3D printing technology.
• Customers are responsible for providing high-quality images/models for customization.
• Once production starts, changes to the design may not be possible.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship custom orders within 5-7 working days. However, delivery times may vary based on your location and courier partner services. MyMiniature is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personalized specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns unless:

• The product arrived damaged during transit.
• There is a manufacturing defect from our side.

In case of damage, a clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim a replacement.

5. Privacy Policy

Your personal data and uploaded photos are strictly used for order processing only. We do not share your private data with third parties without your consent.
